Dr. Howell is professional and caring. While visiting in Fredericksburg, TX I developed multiple medical problems. He assisted me with each in a highly professional manner. He comes across as a small town, caring doctor, but is very knowledgable and skilled. He made me feel safe and handled my problems very quickly. I am very grateful for his help.
