Hill Country Place is an amazing place. I would highly recommend it to all college students attending UTSA. The staff is super friendly and very caring. These apartments are extremely safe and secure. Each and every single person in the staff is fabulous and super helpful, but my personal favorite is Jaycee Queen. Love you Jaycee, but I love Mickey a tad bit more! I strongly suggest you living here if you are considering going to UTSA.
I love all the events!! The girl from the front office Ciarrah is a great help! She's the very best!
This place is ok, nice color scheme and furnature but most other is negative. The clubhouse/game room closes exactly with the office, gym isn't as good as expected, maintenance takes a while, pool is closed half of the time, parking spaces are too tiny and crap, pests are everywhere! Scorpions, tons of spiders, snakes and more. Any random person could walk into these apartments.....
I have lived here for 2 years and I can honestly say it has been a great experience. The staff has always been very accommodating and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend college students to move in here.
I love HCP! They always have awesome events going on that none of the other apartments have. They have lit covered parking, walk in closets, and it's across the street from campus. The apartments are clean and I've never had to complain about noise. Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse is also a plus :) Great place to live!
If you're thinking about signing with Hill Country Place you should defiantly take over my cheap lease of $480! I know the rate has gone up quite a bit so it would be a great steal :) I won't be living in SA anymore so I really need to find someone to take over my fall 2014 lease! I'm so excited to move in this Fall! The minute I came in the staff was very welcoming & it felt like home. My roommate and I can't wait to move in!! If you're looking for a place to live this next year check them out! You won't regret it!
