I will let readers decide. My wife has used Hill Country Pest Control in the past and we've been satisfied with their service but, something has changed. Very dependable Great service, friendlly.
I have been with this company for over 15 years. However will , definitely never use this company again. Horrible customer service. Never had an issue paying my bill, I noticed on my bank statement I was charged twice for the same month called and disputed and was told that I would get the money back. ( I have no idea how many time this was done in the past). However never received my refund. Being first time clients we had lots of questions! Melissa did a wonderful job of explaining the chemicals and the process to us and was patient with us moving the dogs around while she worked.
