The office staff and scheduling does not return calls , the medical records dept has been asked for records multiple times by another doctor and no response . Very unprofessional, does not care about the patients . Dr Vigil is great but his office help is horrible !

I give this place only 2 stars because the initial interaction between customer ( patient) and business is poor! Past 3 months I’ve come here from San Angelo the front desk lady is rude dry and inconsiderate. I mentioned it last time to her about her attitude, seems like pure dislike for her job or patients. Everyone has always been so nice to my granny and myself. I just wonder why she is so put off by each patient.
