Hill Country OB/GYN on Brodie Lane is such an outstanding location and practice. The doctors there actually take their time with each patient and provides information that is relevant to that patient. They listen which is paramount these days with patient care. I love that they offer mammograms there at this location, so you don't have to book at another agency and wait for results. Each doctor there is pretty awesome in my opinion. This office is such a disappointment. Im only giving 1 star because the doctors are sweet and so are the sonogram specialists. Other then that, no one ever answers the phones. Its so bad that they have a system set up to answer phone calls so that you talk to a robot. Appointments will be set and you won't be informed then when you miss the appointment they claim that is was confirmed appointment and threaten to charge you or terminate services with you. If I could give zero stars, I would. I knew Hill Country Obgyn had mixed, and in many cases poor reviews before becoming a patient. I chose them anyway because they were close to my home, and because I was also paying for a midwife to support me throughout my pregnancy.
