I needed to make an appt as an established patient now on hold for over 20 minutes each time and no answer. 1 week straight trying everyday I can’t access the portal because there is a log in issue likely due to me haven’t been seen in over 5 years. This new portal doesn’t work cause I’m on the old portal. It’s time for a new gyno office
Dr. Hart is the best Dr. I have ever had. She's kind, trustworthy and detected a lump in my breast that saved my life!
Dr. Omachi is super unprofessional, she needs to learn to talk to her patients, also needs to know (or probably does know) that when you talk right outside the door that we can hear what you are saying. maybe learn to be a better doctor
I have used HC for years and the staff is amazing . However the last 6 months it’s a nightmare to get ahold of anyone or schedule apts . They are growing too fast and obviously cannot handle the load . Super sad I’m having to find a new place now.
