I would strongly urge people in our community to get help elsewhere. If this is your only option, I would suggest telling/doing bare minimum and be on top of obtaining records. Further, it would probably be appropriate to record every interaction with anyone at this location. This office is extremely unprofessional. They lie often. Examples, in their records they do not accurately describe appointments or events. They stated i was angry because my appointment was 15 minutes late, no. This place has been really great to me. The people have gone above and beyond for my care. I have been with them for about a year and a half now. From my daughters care to my counseling and nurse care ...I personally have been really grateful and have had good memories all around from the care I've received for myself and my whole family.
This center insisted on continuing to inject me with a poisonous and dangerous shot after I expressed concern over having trouble thinking clearly. And, clearly is an understatement, I had no spontaneous thoughts and no internal monologue which are still very soft and not usually accessible. We have been using HMDD for couple years. We will no longer be using them . They have fast turn over on employee's. We had to change nerses, counselors and Dr. as well. I do not find that benefiting my child at all. Kids should have consistency specially for those services. Follow by my sons comments: "I do not like Makaela, the way she talks to me make me feel bad". "She ask me the same things everytime".
