Hill Country Mental Health at Kyle has unsupportive leadership, the director did not identify team positions which creates overlap in services. The morale is low. There is high turnover, which means when your co-worker gets fired you take on their position for no extra pay. I have known staff to work up to 4 other positions including their own because the administration does not want to pay for employees to be hired.
