Mrs. Box is absolutely AMAZING! I highly, highly recommended. Very compassionate, takes her time to listen. The staff is also Fantastic. Always so kind, helpful. Thank you for all you do.☺️
Ms Box is hands down the nicest and best listening person here in this practice. If I could give her more stars I would easily. Another provider is very dismissive at this practice but she is not and will take you seriously.
HCMA sees my family of 6 and has seen us for 10 years. 1. Time to appointment is very reasonable. We have needed same day sick appointments several times with no issue. 2. Billing office is very responsive to issues. 3. I can often choose if my family sees an MD, DO, NP or PA. I appreciate my ability to have a say in who provides my care. 4. Front office staff are lovely. We are very pleased with our care at HCMA.
I'm currently looking for a new Primary care office that doesn't overboom or will have the courtesy of at a very mini.um returning calls
Trying to speak with someone or even getting someone to answer the phone is impossible and if you do get someone they are usually rude. This merger was a mistake. Doctors are great though
