Julie Quest-Brooks helped us sell a home in Comfort, TX. We had had several listing agents list the home before her and they all had little success finding buyers with potential and resolving their doubts and concerns about the property. As soon as we hired Julie, that completely changed. I was just going to leave my review at 1 star and not write anything, but then I saw on here how Julie blamed a potential client for Julie’s unprofessional behavior. We listed our home with Julie, and it didn’t sell. She blamed me for it not selling even though I’m a certified home stager and our home was beautiful. Her only marketing plan was to keep lowering the price. When we switched realtors, our home sold within 2 weeks. Wish I could post the unprofessional letter she wrote us. Choose a different realtor.
I am looking for a home under $100 000 and all I get is a darn street. Let me look at Texas Hill country without 16 realtor calling me. I want to look by myself. If I'm interested. Good we can talk. Or we wont
