Dr. Beck went above and beyond helping me get my hearing aids on track. She explained everything I needed to know with patience, knowledge, and total class. She is absolutely the best!! And, I must mention the receptionist, Amanda. She is so efficient at what she does from answering the phone with the upmost curtesy, to cleaning or checking my hearing aids at a moment’s notice, or getting the TruLink app up and running correctly.
