Annette at Hill Country Flowers is truly incredible. She created the most beautiful casket spray for my husband’s funeral and went above and beyond to care for our family during such a difficult time. The flowers were stunning, and the compassion she showed meant more to us than words can express. Hello Annette - I just spoke with my Granddaughter and she received the replacement arrangement. Thank you for making it and ensuring she received it. Here is my take on this transaction… The arrangement you re-sent was nice and more closely represented the ACTUAL arrangement I ordered. My order was based on your representation online. The flowers I ordered for my mom for her birthday are incredibly disappointing. For what I spent, I’ve gotten 2 or 3 times the amount of flowers at other places. Plus, some of the flowers are already wilted. A complete joke and a rip off. Will not order from them again.
