If I could leave 0 stars I would. I gave this company and second chance hoping my previous experience was just a one time thing but I was wrong. I called today to check on the delivery of the flowers I ordered around 1PM and received VM. I did receive a call back and was assured the delivery would be on or before 3PM. At 3:10PM, I called to ask for an update and received excuses why they were running behind. Birthday gift ruined, NEVER using Hill Country Flowers again.
Hill Country Flowers consistently impresses with their beautiful arrangements. Even when certain blooms are out of season, thoughtful substitutions are made—resulting in a display that showcases true talent and creativity.
I asked for pink carnations with red roses and the arrangement they sent was a mix of I don’t know what and looked like a bunch of flowers just stuck in a basket it was no pretty at all.
