I asked for pink carnations with red roses and the arrangement they sent was a mix of I don’t know what and looked like a bunch of flowers just stuck in a basket it was no pretty at all.

Hill Country Flowers has it going on. They really understand customer service, great products, and being well priced is how you keep your clients happy. My wife need some flowers and picked this place for some bouquets. Wow, just look at the photos! In addition, I was hired to film a wedding recently and saw their work at Elizabeth & John's wedding. The flower held up super well throughout the wedding day and of course looked amazing. Thanks again, HCF!

Mother’s Day flowers did not arrive on day they were supposed to. No updates were provided on ETA. I tried calling the next day and the phone would never get picked up, or it would go directly to voicemail. Sent two emails to see if I needed to go an alternate route, no response. They left me hanging all day. I would not do business here if you are looking to have good customer service. I would not do business here again solely because the customer service does not exists. I have ordered from here a few times. Their prices are very fair and the bouquets are always beautiful.
