Leslie Matt did a great job helping us find a ranchette to purchase. We were retiring to Texas and she spent a great deal of time driving all over looking at properties. She handled all of the details for us as we were remote (inspections, showings, etc). She is very personable and can communicate/negotiate real estate issues with knowledge and confidence. Mark Phillips and Hill Country Flat Fee Realty are fantastic and I enthusiastically recommend the company and Mark (owner). Mark helped me sell my house in Bergheim. I chose the low fee option (as an opposed to the more basic, flat fee) because I had already moved out of state and needed someone local to handle anything that might come up.
