I had a wonderful experience a year or so ago the optometrist made me feel like me eyes did matter as the front desk was very nice too they gave me a card for both glasses and contacts love it here
It's a dog on shame the front desk and the Optometrist herself refuse to answer any questions (outside of your office visit) you have about changing contact brands, replacing prescription cards, or even the most simple questions about your prescription. 2 years in a row and let me advise you do Not stir the hornet's nest!! You will feel degraded before by the time they get done with you.
