i’m not sure who answered the phone just now when i called but she needs to know to mute the phone call when she wants to talk bad about customers. never going back here, it took over a month for a length alteration.
Chose them based on ads for wash and fold service. Took laundry there on a Monday. Lady transferred the laundry from our bag to one of theirs, charged me a high price on credit card, then said they didn't do wash and fold until Wednesday, so wouldn't be done till Friday. We were to leave town on Thursday, so I had to get the laundry back. Then she couldn't refund my card; had to wait until another person came in. First they ripped a sheet Next they lost an expensive button on an expensive shirt and it was not pressed well or clean Next one coat was not clean and a second not pressed well They aren’t up to cleaning expensive materials…
