Great customer service and Great patient care JANA IS GREAT
I have had the most frustrating experience dealing with this practice. While I do not have an issue with the dentist, the front office staff is extremely incompetent and really difficult to work with, to say the very least. I was over charged for some procedures and reached out to the office manager and provided documentation from my insurance company showing the amounts that were overcharged. My daughters & I love this practice; from Dr. Archung to Avery who not only cleaned my teeth last week, but provided me with some great pointers & humor while doing so. I assume going to the dentist isn't something most people look forward to, but if you are looking for a new practice, this is the most pleasant experience we have ever had anywhere. The whole office staff is always lovely & the fun 80's/90's music is a bonus!
