I highly recommend Raimey. She’s an amazing hygienist. So sweet and experienced.
Everyone was very kind. There were a couple things that probably wouldn’t bother most people with insurance but as someone who does self-pay I would’ve appreciated being told ahead of time how much each individual thing was going to cost, like I said no cleaning for my son who’s 3 but they did it, and also if our payment plan says “x-rays included” except there’s one kind that’s not, I would’ve liked to be told before I’m asked to do it and then I find out when I’m paying…but I guess that’s on me for not asking. My dental hygienist was friendly and professional; and Dr. Garcia was also helpful and professional. We have been going to Hill Country Dental for 10 years, and have always had a positive experience.
Office manager needs to take classes in servicing/working with the public. Rude, zero humanity and poor explanations. Daughter drove 45 minutes to be told she would need to spend $200 on additional X-rays before a simple cleaning could be performed. Been going to this office for 15+ years and never had a problem. Always courteous friendly staff and caring dentists. Had this person been nice about it with proper explanation, I would have gladly paid but the handling was so unprofessional that I’ll be looking to find a new off... read more
Do not recommend this practice. My experience with the billing department has been an absolute nightmare. YEARS later, still being sent bills for 50 here and there but no one mentions a WORD about it when I’m standing in front of them checking out. My EOBs don’t match their billing itemizations. Nightguard sat on their shelf almost a year before they even told me it had arrived. It only lasted a couple months of wear before getting a hole in it anyway. It cost me the full amount 700$ because they didn’t write it up correctly... read more
