I would not use this doctor! She is very offensive! She will tell you that you are feeding your child all the wrong stuff and make you feel like you are a horrible parwnt about taking care of your child’s teeth. I paid $200 for a regular exam when it was suppose to be a cavity fill. Nope I have to come back for that and pay more! No thank you! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The office customer service is the same!
I received total dental care. Root canal, deep cleaning and cavity’s . The staff is very friendly and they have two locations so your time line can be met. I’ll always be a customer at Hill County Dental.
This review is not meant to be hateful or spiteful. I have debated with myself on even leaving the review. The office was very nice and clean and everyone I spoke with was professional and kind. With that being said I went to have a general check up to see what all work I might need done as it had been several years since I'd seen a dentist. Hill Country Dental on Walnut in New Braunfels is excellent. For someone who used to dread dental visits, I look forward to my cleanings and occasional problems that they have to fix. I love Dr. Verona, and the hygienists are all very good and thorough. The entire office is cheerful and timely and I always leave smiling! I cannot say enough about them, but suffice to say I drive over from San Marcos for my appointments. It's worth the drive!
