We are currently staying here for Labor Day Weekend. Although we usually stay at state parks, we opted to stay here this holiday weekend due the location being only about 15 minutes to Schlitterbahn. This place does have nice amenities and the staff is very friendly. There are probably more long-term renters than visitors but 99.9% of them keep up their rigs and area well. Office staff are highly unfriendly, they told me I wasn't allowed to run my AC in my RV in the middle of Texas summer because they deemed it too loud. That is absolutely unacceptable when the days are 100°+. Security is a joke, gate has been broken for months.
Lots to do. 2 pools, outside and inside several hot tubs. Workout rooms and so much more.
