There were a lot of pluses to out way the negatives. For example 5 negatives were; 1 staff member was rude to my children when they asked for directions to the in door pool. She answered them in a rude way like she didn't want to be bothered. 🤨 Some things in the game room needs to be updated, but it was neat and the kids had fun. The website pictures need updated to show the arcade games are not there. The store barley had anything in it. They definitely need to update the website picture on that. My 12 year old daughter and I stayed here while visiting Schlitterbahn. We arrived late, after the staff was done, and they’d left us very easy check in instructions, with a map to our cabin. The next morning the staff called to check on us and make sure all was well. We enjoyed the 2 pools & hot tubs, the quiet grounds, and the great location.
