Last minute getaway for my husband’s birthday. We stayed in the Gina B. The casita was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. That being said a larger stock pot would be a great addition for pasta dishes or soups. The Casitas are not too close to restaurants so most likely you’ll want to plan your meals dine alfresco and enjoy the gorgeous views. My wife and I stayed in The Polly Ann at Hill Country Casitas, and it was exactly the escape we needed. My wife had been under a lot of stress at work, and this peaceful retreat helped her truly decompress and feel renewed. The Polly Ann is conveniently close to the pool yet feels incredibly private thanks to the way the doors and patio are oriented. This was a great getaway for me and my husband. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and it even had soap and a hair dryer available, with little touches to make the stay more convenient. We loved that the place emphasized quietness. We loved sitting on the porch, seeing the stars, and enjoying the night sounds. I come from a large city and work in a constantly noisy environment. Our experience was fantastic until disrupted by a group of rowdy, rude, younger neighbors who occupied most amenities for two days. The owners were responsive, patient, and understanding, taking swift action to accommodate us. If you want peace and quiet and would like to enjoy sharing amenities with like people, I would suggest trying to find out if there will be a large group there before booking. We appreciated their hospitality and awarded 5 stars for the wonderful getaway that was provided by the very nice owners.
