Administrative staff is very poor leading to time and money lost. Hard to imagine if they cant get easy things right that they can be trusted with the important stuff
While getting treated for cancer by my oncology team, Dr. Mery and his team at Hill Country Allergy and Asthma have been a great help finding effective ways to treat some of the trickier side effects of my chemo protocol. The results have been much less discomfort, allowing for my return to feeling well again quickly between chemo treatments. The receptionist and other female office staff are soooo incredibly rude and disrespectful. Dr. Mery just lost another patient!! Its sad these educated doctor's tolerate these nasty office women and he will cont. to loose bus. and patients!!
