Tom Hill had came before hand inspected the job site and wrote us an estimate. When he showed up for schduled work in the morning. He said he needed to go and get day labor. He never returned. He would not answer our phone calls nor return our calls. Now we have to find another contractor. This will delays us for another 2 weeks. I would stay away from a contractor as reliable as him.
