I cannot caution you enough to stay away from this company. Unless of course, you like doing quality work for free. We have not seen a single penny of the tens of thousands of dollars we are owed by Chad Hill. We completed a commercial project in Tennessee for Mr. Hill and he has completely ghosted us, despite confirmation from one of his former employees that the owner of the building HAS paid Mr. Hill. *Proceed with Caution* - Chad Hill is a con artist. We were hired to install flooring and ceramic for a dental office in the Nashville area by Chad's company, Hill Construction. It was completed months ago and despite the work being finished on time and with quality work, we still have received no payment. The owner and his team have been completely unresponsive, ignoring all emails and phone calls. I have been in business for 30 years and have dealt with thousands of general contractors. Chad Hill is hands down the worst in communication or paying his bills. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism with Chad Hill

Horrible experience , GC will not help find answers, makes there problems your problems!! And is impossible for them to pay you!! Most un organized company I’ve ever worked for in the 15 years I’ve done HVAC!
