These stupid people continue to call asking to talk to my mother, when it is my father , who is the patient. I pointed this out that they need to learn to know their patients. The lady who talked to me on the phone argued with me about and hung up on me. Message to the provider: Know your patients at least be smart enough to know what gender they are before you call their family members.
