While I did not end up renting here, Alexis was outstanding as a property manager and leasing agent.
I love this lovely building I would have moved into the building years ago but it was under poor management at the time. I feel this would be a great condo conversion. Cleaned up I would love to buy a unit here.
Dealing with a resident manager named Alexis unbelievable. She was so rude and nasty. When the units became ready she was discriminating. Because I'm gay, she tried to rent me a unit that was not ready to move in. She tried to get in my face and make me argue with her very nasty resident manager alexis and she is not cool. Please be aware of this when you try and rent there..
What a wonderful Deco building with that epic roof-top sign. Built in the 1920’s the building hosted about 140 luxury apartments and 30 hotel rooms. A 24-hour concierge and butler service was also available way back then.
Manager Alexis Likes to gossip About the tenants But Because those tenants are Very unruly and Bad Persons If you act right She'll act right with you too but she also Talks behind peoples back But I used to live here.
