I had a really bad experience with this company. I drove off the side of the road into a pile of snow just outside of Kalispell near White Oak around 6:00pm. After unsuccessfully trying to get out with the help of a kind-hearted stranger a highway patrol officer called their tow truck. They got there around 7:10, didn't say two words to me, took about three minutes to pull me out and double that to write my bill, which was for $255.
