Pot holes everywhere, dark at night do to light posts out. Abandon cars and abandoned car in someone back porch. Trash everywhere, maintance never completed, if maintance is completed half done. Your rent goes up without notice. Just come and see for yourselves.
When or how many more months do I have to wait for help? I wanted to go to the kitchen to get some water and I just got dirty water in my left eye! And I have been complaining about the problem for many months and they always say that it is already solved. I already washed my eye but it still hurts a lot and I don't have the money to call 911
