Re: Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh NC. I have a picture of my coat before I took it to Hilkers. When I got my coat back they had put a sign on it that it was the "best they could do". I only had 3 spots when I took it in. Now, it has a haze of white stuff all over it, and big water spots in places that were not even a concern. The insensitive manager still charged me $12.75 and asked me in a very bad tone of voice- if I still "wanted" it or not!!! They refused to try to clean it again. Don't waist your time on this cleaners! I was a regular customer at this location as I must wear suits to work everyday. So they earned A LOT of business from me. Then one day I needed a small repair done on a pair of pants and they put the stitching (which was a different color and size thread) on the OUTSIDE of the pants! I took it to them and they offered me coupons to come back and spend more money with them. If that is thier idea of customer service then I'll go elsewhere.
