Here are pictures of our finished Guest House and Shop that HiLine Homes built for us. We were very pleased working with Wes, the Project Manager. He was responsive to my requests and building questions all throughout the building process. The quality and price were great, in our opinion. Thank you!
Worked with Michael on design, and then Wes as my general contractor lead. Administrators in the office knew how the process works and were a great help. Hiline was good to work with as a whole and you can't beat their pricing. Wes was a great at his job, very easy to get along with, timely, organized, and does a thorough job. Had no issues with bringing concerns up with him or hiline, and any concerns were quickly handled in a professional manner. We will be building with them again in the future.
We decided to build with Highline and moved in December 2024, we have lived in the house a full year and we absolutely love it! We are so happy with our home. So glad we went with Highline, they were excellent at communicating with us us during the home building process. Our experience with Hi Line was excellent for the most part. Our Project Manager Wes Donkin, was awesome and always responsive. The only thing I would say is because Hi Line is a budget builder they don't do everything, so make sure you ask a lot of questions on the home owners responsibility. I work as a Construction Inspector, and I was very impressed with the quality of work.
HiLine Homes offered my family and I opporunitywhen we were out of options. In 2018 I had lost my 3rd chance at bidding on an auction foreclosure property and the prices of homes just kept climbing. After looking into Adaire and Simplicity homes I decided to give HiLine a look. The first thing we were struck by is that they were more affordable than Adair. By 30k for a very similar house.
