HiLine Homes offered my family and I opporunitywhen we were out of options. In 2018 I had lost my 3rd chance at bidding on an auction foreclosure property and the prices of homes just kept climbing. After looking into Adaire and Simplicity homes I decided to give HiLine a look. The first thing we were struck by is that they were more affordable than Adair. By 30k for a very similar house. It took a total of 8 months for our build, we had a few delays along the way but for the most part very happy with the way things went. We really liked are project manager WES!!! Very available and helpful through the whole process. Great job keep it up.
We moved into our new home just over a year ago. We have had plenty of time to reflect and enjoy our new home. We only had one delay with our windows, but project finished on time. Our project manager, Anna, was TOP notch. Always available to answer any questions, and provided great service. We picked plan 1694. So we love the open concept, and I love my island. We had our home completed January 2024. Wes did a really good job getting the house finished quickly! He was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the process(I had a lot). In 2007 prior to the housing crash but realistically it was already happening. My wife and I needed a home. I’m not going to sugarcoat it. We had credit challenges but we knew it and we were forthright about it. We picked out our plans, we chose the land, And we were sent to the place next-door to apply for financing. I continued to ask the salesman about whether or not we were going to qualify for funding and he continued to tell me that if the guy next-door said we were qualified, we were qualified. $1700 Was all the mone... read more
