I have emailed this company twice with zero response. Not even an automated “we will get back to you as soon as soon we can”. Nothing. Not a great start to a huge project. If there’s such a lack of communication in the beginning, I can only imagine how awful it is during construction.
*Update* Yes, this is still an accurate review. As an industry professional for nearly 10 years, I would steer clear of HiLine Homes.* Can not recommend. Seems to consistently set their customers up for failure and delays. The cheap, cookie cutter approach isn't always the best. They need to set clearer expectations with prospective home builders.
Do not, I mean do not, give them any money until you have everything you need in order, land, SDC’s, etc… they basically did 3 hours worth of work. Unfortunately building was not possible for me at this time. Would not refund a dime. I was willing to work with them and give them some money for there time. But NO. Nothing. just moved into my new HiLine Homes house. I absolutely love love love it. It is just the right size for me. Cann't wait to spend many years here.
