*Update* Yes, this is still an accurate review. As an industry professional for nearly 10 years, I would steer clear of HiLine Homes.* Can not recommend. Seems to consistently set their customers up for failure and delays. The cheap, cookie cutter approach isn't always the best. They need to set clearer expectations with prospective home builders.
Do not, I mean do not, give them any money until you have everything you need in order, land, SDC’s, etc… they basically did 3 hours worth of work. Unfortunately building was not possible for me at this time. Would not refund a dime. I was willing to work with them and give them some money for there time. But NO. Nothing.
