Hilife furniture has horrific customer service! First, they will lie to you about delivery time to make the sale. Then, when you call about the delivery, their staff is unknowledgeable and unhelpful. When I ask, “when can I expect my furniture?” They literally say “I don’t know, I will call you”. Well, they don’t call you and delivery takes at least three time longer then they say. Despite having seemingly good prices and friendly floor staff, the furniture quality is well below subpar and all of the customer service representatives I spoke to were quite rude. I received my couch in a very timely manner but 3 out of the 5 pieces were either wrong or in bad condition. The frame of the couch is made out of particle board and the reclining pieces only recline with great effort.
