Do not go to Hiley. I drive a manual GTI with an exhaust and lowering springs and I have footage of them ripping my car (made traction engage) then taking it through a contact wash after I specifically told them to complete only the recall. I will never go back. The service manager Joel never responded to my email. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Footage attached is the biggest transgression.
I'm not sure how they managed to get their negative reviews removed. This is the second time I'll leave one for them. I know it's an oxymoron to say you want an honest dealership but these people are some of the worst there is. I've purchased several new vehicles over the years and this is quite possibly the WORST people to trust in all my years of driving. I just bought a second vehicle from Hiley VW. I’ve been in contact with Charles Chereek for quite a while and tested a few vehicles. He was very patient and never pushed me to make a decision like a lot of other dealerships do. He answered all my questions and even found a 2022 GTI and had it delivered to Huntsville the next day. I can’t express how professional and helpful this group is at Hiley is.
