Took 3 months to get an appointment for a recall and to have my vehicle looked at for another service issue. Each time I attempted to get an appointment I was giving the runaround and would never receive a call back. Once I finally got an appointment for the recalls it was unfortunately out of warranty so the other issues would have to be full price. Decided to just have the recalls done and what should have taken at most 48 hours took 5 days.
Do not go to Hiley. I drive a manual GTI with an exhaust and lowering springs and I have footage of them ripping my car (made traction engage) then taking it through a contact wash after I specifically told them to complete only the recall. I will never go back. The service manager Joel never responded to my email. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Footage attached is the biggest transgression.
I'm not sure how they managed to get their negative reviews removed. This is the second time I'll leave one for them. I know it's an oxymoron to say you want an honest dealership but these people are some of the worst there is. I've purchased several new vehicles over the years and this is quite possibly the WORST people to trust in all my years of driving.
