I purchased a pre-owned ***************** from this dealership. ***** the sales *** assured BOTH myself and my husband that the vehicle had been inspected in depth. I had specifically asked about the drivetrain and was told the car was inspected in depth and had no apparent issues. Fast forward 5 days- its at the mechanic after it stopped shifting gears, and surprise, it needs a new transmission. Excellent response and service
It was a good experience overall. Dorian was great to work with. He did his best to accommodate me. They lost a star and lost the sale because they wouldn’t give me a fair offer on my trade in. I took it somewhere else and was offered $4,000 over what Hiley was willing to pay for my car. Needless to say, the other dealership won my business.
