Overall, our experience at the dealership was very good. The salesman (Ronnie) was excellent—very helpful, accommodating, and made sure we got a great deal (Mazda Cx5). We really appreciated his professionalism and support throughout the process. One area that could be improved is the financing department. Unfortunately, the wait time was much longer than expected, which was especially difficult since we came from out of town. Hiley was great to deal with and got my son’s vehicle done on time and without issue. Would definitely recommend Hiley over other dealerships that I have experienced in the past. Staff was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process from booking the service appointment to the call. I received after picking the vehicle up.
Had the best car buying experience I have ever had. Troy, Sales Adviser was extremely knowledgeable with the vehicles I tried. I bought a CX-70 Turbo Premium and so far I absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend Hiley dealership in Burleson.
