My wife and daughter scheduled an appointment and test drove a pre owned vehicle (2022 Mercedes GLC 300). They were negotiating a trade in price when another sales person took the car's keys and sold the vehicle to another person who came in after my wife and daughter. My daughter was attempting to purchase the vehicle. Free for all is a terrible way to conduct business. Stay away from this dealership. Cut Throat Sales
Mazda 3 with 10k miles seats ripping. Refused to fix because it’s 2 months out of warranty. The “leather” is actually cheap vinyl which is coming apart at the seams and ripping. This is not acceptable. Do not buy a MAZDA, it won’t hold up! Why say it’s leather when it isn’t!

Agreed to buy our used Mazda. We gave them the car in early November. As of today, December 22 (over a month and a half later), they still haven’t paid us for the car. Staff continually lie, promising calls back which never materialize and have promised on multiple occasions that the “check has been cut” only for someone else to later tell us it hasn’t. At this point, I have no faith that we will ever see the money. A deceitful bunch of thieves. Avoid at all costs
called days ahead, set up appointment to get my automobile worked on. arrived at the dealership, sat for 30 minutes and then was told they don't have the parts to work on my car. I was trying to get an oil change......🤦♂️
