Extremely disappointed. I had a fairly good experience with the sales department. I did a vehicle trade in on 08/27, and drove home with my new vehicle purchase. On 08/29 I realized that I forgot to check my glovebox compartment for some $350 Rayban Sunglasses and called the dealer to see if they can hold the item for me. I never got a call back, So I drove to dealer on 09/01 and they told me that since it was Labor Day the service department was closed and had no access to the vehicle. Chris Walker was amazing! He handled the transaction in a professional and knowledgeable manner. We enjoyed our time at the dealership because of Chris. The finance dept was just as easy to work with! We appreciate how we were treated from the time we walked in until we left in our new car.
I see a price online for a 2020 Honda civic, priced at $23,288 for. 5 year old car. I told the manager my range is $18k-$20k for this car. He comes back with $26,138 (price of a 2026 Honda civic) as the estimated value of this 2020 car and added $2300 for the renewed price (this is what they put into the car to sell it). Giant con artist - do not buy from this dealership, if you do, read the fine lines.
