We had horrible experience with the purchase of a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid AWD last year. Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews as the dealership incentiveses users to give the rating. We were initially given assurances of a higher trade-in value for our vehicle and very favorable interest rates by the sales agent.
