Lynn Hileman did a very poor job on my property appraisals. One poor appraisal included a $300,000 math error, which was fixed after I pointed it out. He undervalued construction costs by at least 40%. I am writing this two years after my awful appraisal experience because I know someone that just had a bad experience with Hileman Group. I do not recommend using this company!
