POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SEEMS TO BE THE NORM WITH ANY ESSILOR/LUXOTTICA COMPANY
I would have given Hilco 5 stars a few years ago. I am giving a very generous 3 stars. Something has changed within management, and service has not been as good as it used to be. I am informed that we have a new rep and hopefully things will improve in the future.
I have been ordering my Optical products from Hilco Vision for about 11 years. Service was great, excellent product quality, ordered were correct and delivered 9 out of 10 on time. For some reason things started going south. My orders were ending up somewhere else, one ended up in Navada. Customer service seemed to lack my ordering information. My orders were being returned to them and no one would inform me of it. Another time my order was cancelled because the system showed I had a balance. Yet the person who took my order... read more
They owe me money for my mistake of overpaying on an invoice,,,contacted the very unfriendly customer agent and was told 5-6 weeks..... They sure as heck expect faster payment when it's the other way...me owing them money.. Anyone with good service and similar products could shut these hacks down....id change suppliers in a heartbeat
