Worst customer service. Staff doesn’t care. Supervisors never calls back. Swim google lenses fall out in the water and they don’t do anything for the customer. They just don’t care.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced being in the industry and buying from supplier for many years. I am part of an association and got a flyer that I can get a free sample kit. Although it is partyly my fault for letting the promo code expire, I figure they would honor it especially I am a potential new client who wants to simply try their product and could be a long term customer. Safety glasses? Wore hearing protection, ear muffs jackhammering. Broke both glasses arms. Glasses fell off in traffic. Almost deadly accident. Very bad design/ construction.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They sent and charged me for product I did not order. It took over 3 months of calls and emails to get them to authorize a return. And now I finally got a credit for the product, but they didn't refund the over $20 shipping I was charged for the initial delivery. My strong advice is to avoid this company and work with a more reputable optical supplier.
