Wonderful repair man. Called in and told him my issue, and he explained what could be wrong, laid out the cheapest options, and told me what I’d need to pick up on my own end. Nothing major, just picked it up from Walmart, dropped the PC off, and got a call the next day telling me my issue was fixed. This was great because it was all under 42 hours and before my deadline.
