Had vehicle towed to the dealership on a Friday afternoon. After closing. Vehicle was believed to have been in an accident according to the dealership. There was no accident. Main computer literally fell out from under the front of the vehicle. The problem was obvious to the tow, truck driver and all concerned. Always something with this dealership my last service was 10/24/25 first they failed to call me to let me know my car was ready I waited 4 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment scheduled. The did an inspection and oil change on my vehicle and said everything checked out green the next day my car would not start the battery was dead. Unsure how this was missed.
