Terrible people! Went here for a simple quote on getting a rear door panel painted - no collision work needed - quoted me 5 TIMES higher than 2 other shops close by. Has the work done (Baker) and it was flawless. Hilbish should be ashamed to have Carolina Collision on that property. Jacob needs some serious training on paint work before you let him quote another job. Just awful - based on your current reviews I know why.
Purchased a Subaru WRX from this dealership. Had it 19hrs and the engine blew two bearings. Had to argue with them that it was not due to my driving but to prior engine damage. Finally got them to repair it under warranty but I don't feel like I should have had to argue about it. Or get blamed. They literally put a scan tool to my car to prove that I didn't red line it at all.
