They will do work on equipment without informing the customer of what’s needed or getting the authorization to do the work from the customer and then expect payment. You’ll also pay 6x the price of getting the parts and doing it yourself. $100 in parts = $650 with these shysters. !!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Giving them 1 star is still overrating this business.

BEWARE... took a power washer to get looked and repaired took 3-4 week to look at and finally got a call "It was done and ready to be picked up" Went pick it up and paid for it no one said a work it wasn't repaired got it home and doesn't work call them back and was told it was in the note area which no one ever show me nor did i sign the area like most places when there's notes. We at Hilberts Equipment are sorry to hear this. All we can do is to let you know what happened. Our service manger Tom had to leave for a Family emergency. Therefore Mr Hilbert Sr. who is retired was helping out for Tom. He could not find your parts, and thought they were not in yet. Not knowing that Tom already left them on his work bench. We are sorry for the misunderstanding.

There was a recall for my Cub Cadet Lawn tractor and these guys took care of me and repaired it within a reasonable time. It was returned in the condition they picked it up. Ill be back for future service if my cubbie needs it in the future. 5/5
