I live in one of the properties and I have nothing but good things to say. They get maintenance requests done in a timely manner and the property manager is easy to get ahold off after hours. I highly recommend renting an apartment from any of their buildings.
If you have any problems they will fix it no problem. They treat all tentants great and the aparatments are great for the price! I'd recommend checking out there places first before you go anywhere else! Winning place!
I have been living at one of the properties for 24 years and I really like it. I have not had any problems with any one from management and I like that they are really clean. I will not be moving any time soon. Check out all the properties and friendly staff
“If you operate with integrity and treat people fairly, then good things happen.” I guess the statement does not apply to all aspects of ones life! Respect and Integrity towards employees and tenants? Just a thought!
I live in one of the building these people own/manage. If you have any problems they will avoid fixing by all means but they are good in increasing the rent. I have rat problem in my apartment but they are not interested in resolving for 3 months now. The owner Mark Hilbert is either unaware of what's going on in his properties or is so cheap that does not want to spend few bucks and fix problems... Stay away !!!!
