After our second session, my Therapist cancelled and stopped replying. Office staff said they would escalate to manager then also stopped replying. I am still waiting for a reply. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior, especially from a counseling services provider. Therapist literally compared me to a Disney villain, then became defensive when asked if she thought that was a good comment.
Came with family. Therapist was judgemental and office staff were no help and didn't follow through
*Note: I rarely leave reviews. In fact, this is the only review I've written on Google. However, my experience with Hilber was worth writing about, so here we are.* This appointment was very important to me, as I'm a pregnant mother trying to receive Parent-Child Interactive Therapy so that my toddler can learn how to healthily cope with my currently deployed husband.
