I needed a compound and Hilary’s was fast and helpful (and located right downtown!) Then when I was unable to get to them to pick it up, they delivered it to me the same day free of charge. Above and beyond. Great customer service.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews but for this pharmacy it only felt right, due the extremely poor experience I had. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a pharmacy. At first I had called to get a prescription filled from my previous pharmacy and was told they would call me back once they were done contacting my previous pharmacy to get my prescription faxed.
