I recently had an Estate to settle and I called Hilary. I've gotta say, it was a STELLAR experience. She answers her phone promptly, shows up on time, and will guide you through the whole process with the grace and ease of an expert. She is a no nonsense type of professional, the kind who has embraced her profession and walks confidently in it. Definitely would choose her again.

I would choose Hilary to be our realtor over and over again. She was recommended to me by a friend and she will be my first call if we ever need to buy or sell in the future. She knows the Des Moines area well and has "a guy" for everything. She is skilled at house pricing and identifying how much wiggle room there might be when negotiating.
