This 4 foot guy HERBERT WASHINGTON is by far the most rude and unprofessional Doctor. He is slow as ever! The first time I came I left after waiting 45 minutes. Today the same thing, I waited 45 minutes and then he had the nerve to come into my personal space hostile and loud telling me " you can leave and there is the door". I told him who the hell do you think you are talking to? I will drag your short a## across this floor and mop your a** with it. Dr. Herbert Washington is a GREAT Primary Care Doctor. However his office is poorly run by his receptionist wife and her assistant. They both are slow and incompetent. They cram too many patients into the teeny tiny office! There is no place to sit, and the waiting time is ridiculously, unbelievably long and painful. I once waited 5 HOURS just to get a referral!!! His wife’s only explanation was “We overbooked today”. She should have said every day! Needless to say, I am looking for another primary care physician!
