I’m beyond disappointed with the terrible service we received at this jewelry shop in Winnipeg. We took our engagement ring in for a simple repair, and what we got back was a wrecked ring that looked nothing like the original. The craftsmanship was shoddy, and it was clear that the work wasn’t done properly. “The owner even admitted and said she didn’t communicate to the jeweller what needed to be done” First red flag.
