My partner has purchased many pieces for me as well as his mom, sister etc from Hilary Druxman over the years. When a pair of earrings less than two years old broke while they were in my ear, HD advised they would be happy to repair them. No fee was discussed and frankly I didn’t expect one to be charged given they were not an old piece and broke through no fault of my own.
