This is only the third time I’ve seen her and I never get to see her for literally two-three hours after my scheduled appointment time.

My experience is she is late in seeing patients. I dread going as it is always over an hour wait and then it seems rushed. I am still not clear on an upcoming eye surgery and scared things could go wrong. My Yag surgery was so so and I could not get anyone to return my call. I have not been back for the other eye, yet. I am wondering if she is only a part time eye doctor thus the reason for my frustrations. It takes over an hour to drive there and I need a fruitful and assuring visit.
Finished second procedure recently (phaecoemulsion + IOL implant) (standard lenses, not toric). Results exceeded expectations. Excellent communication, explanations, and interaction about details: before and peri-surgical. All staff from entry to discharge were utter professionals. Put at ease both times, very smooth process. Kudos.
