We bought a Brand-new Sienna van. It does have a sensor for the back hatch that doesn't work, but they'll fix it no problem. The people working at the Service department are generally nice, but there are a couple moody ones.... Overall we rated it a 4 star. The "I dont care Attitude" of some employee is a big issue when it comes to customer service. Especially if you just spent that much money on a brand-new vehicle. Not wanting my behind kissed, but just respectful common courtesy would be nice.
