I walk in the service center and there is nobody to help me. Would be nice if there was some kind of customer service desk where you could just stop at instead of just everybody having their own desk.
We bought a Brand-new Sienna van. It does have a sensor for the back hatch that doesn't work, but they'll fix it no problem. The people working at the Service department are generally nice, but there are a couple moody ones.... Overall we rated it a 4 star. The "I dont care Attitude" of some employee is a big issue when it comes to customer service. Especially if you just spent that much money on a brand-new vehicle. Not wanting my behind kissed, but just respectful common courtesy would be nice.
